Windows 10: Windows 10 update has broken taskbar transparency effect tested on two OS installs worked...

After installing the windows update the transparency effect on the taskbar is broken, I have replaced every component in my PC thinking it was a hardware issue, I then reinstalled windows on a new SSD and the transparency effect was working as normal, after updating the same effect is back it no longer provides a smooth gradient instead just shows the colour blocks hard to see in that image if you save it and open it you will see. #this is what it's supposed to look like I would appreciate any feedback thanks

Transparency Effect

I've just installed a windows 10 and when selecting the option of Transparency Effect in the Personalization settings my taskbar became totally invisible and transparent, which is a very pretty looking thing. However, after restarting my laptop, it just became
normal, I tried to switch the Transparency Effect on and off but still, nothing changes. Any solution for this?

 

Enable transparency effect ONLY for taskbar - Win11

Currently the "Transparency effects" in Personalization applies to both windows and the taskbar. I want to enable transparency ONLY for the taskbar and leave the windows opaque.

The app TranslucentTB only works on "Acrylic" when Transparency effect is turned on, but I don't want the windows to be transparent.

Is there some way to solve this?

Transparency effects for taskbar only?

Hi, this has been bothering me for a long time.

I like my accent color dark grey:





But this leads to the taskbar highlighting of the currently active window to be almost not visible.
The same goes for the "quick action" pane, in which I cannot really see which fields are active or not.







I found out that one way around this is to set "Transparency effects" to "on"
and uncheck the "Show the accent color on the Start, tastkbar and action center" box,
which results in this agreeable result:








Unfortunately, I find the transparency effects on app windows (e.g. the Calculator) extremely irritating.
So I am wondering, if there is a way to disable the transparency for windows but leave it enabled for the taskbar and qucik action pane?
