Windows 10: Windows 10 Update Health Tools

I was browsing in my program and features in the control panel and I saw "Windows Update Health Tools" is installed in my system with version 2.75.0.0. This program was not installed before in my system. What is the use of this program? Can i uninstall it?

KB4023057 Microsoft Update Health Tools Installed?

Using two of your suggestions:
"See Applied Group Policies in Windows 10" (Brink) & "Check Registry" details (Callender),
I could see and verify my Windows Update Group Policy Settings remain unchanged.

That takes me back to the pesky KB4023057 and the "Microsoft Update Health Tools" program it installed.
Can anyone advise if uninstalling "Microsoft Update Health Tools" - as @Sniggler has done - might create any issues?

Windows 10 Snipping Tool on Windows 7

All it is is one extra step beyond what is native to windows 10. Yes, technically it would be easier to have the functionality of print built in to the Windows 7 version, but you just have to save it ,and right click on it ,and print.

As far as getting the windows 10 version into windows7. I know there was a way to get the old winpaint, so maybe there's a way to get the snipping tool into 10, I don't know.

im curious if i could compress, and upload the application to this post? 7zip doesnt seem to be allowed
