Windows 10: Windows 10 Update - I cannot update my PC at all

Currently on version 1903 of Windows 10. I keep receiving error code "0x800700c1" when trying to update. I have tried using the Windows 10 Update Assistant and keep receiving error code "0x8007001f". I also cannot install any drivers for my graphics card at all.

Well just noticed a pretty large one pop up coming in at 914MB, seems it makes some pretty serous updates.

Microsoft to make Windows 10 updates mandatory

Well, at the moment at least, you can choose to defer upgrades. Under Settings > Windows Updates > Advanced options you need to check the box labeled "Defer upgrades". What does that do? Good question. The answer I've found might illuminate it to a degree.

I hear this only applies to Pro and Enterprise editions. But I can't verify that.

For example it doesn't have support for the modern CPUs , mine has 6 cores and doesn't list all the temperatures. It also may need to be updated for Windows 10 Fall creator's update.
