Windows 10: Windows 10 update installed KB4560959. AND Id like it removed

Hello there, I seen a few others had this problem and when I try using the CMD option -

it comes up with Security update KB4560959 is required by your computer and CANNOT BE UNINSTALLED ????

but in another question on this an Independent Advisor

told the person they could and he had another problem that was sorted before he had to remove this !!


So 2 questions - 1 Why cant I remove this

2 How do I remove this !!

It's basically what I mentioned above, small issues here and there ,but nothing to end your day.. for the most part.

I know it's anecdotal, but for my experience 95% of the time it's perfectly fine. The issues I've run into wouldn't be enough for me to roll back , but they would be enough (had I not installed it yet) ,to avoid it for another couple weeks which is why I'm suggesting it to the OP
