Windows 10: Windows 10 update is stuck

Hello everyone, I'm currently having a very annoying problem regarding the update of Windows 10. Simply put, the program is stuck: I have left it several ours to complete but it doesnìt progress. What I see are just the four dots at the top of the page continusly moving from left to right. Any suggestion? Also the fan of the notebook keeps spinning from the startup even when i restart the system. Any help?

Win version: 1903 (18362.239)

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

When in win10:

• Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....

Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
- Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.
