Windows 10: Windows 10 update, KB 5034763,

After downloading the latest Windows 10 update, KB 5034763, I find that I cannot open pictures in MS Photos although the program itself opens. I uninstalled this latest update and find that MS Photos works perfectly again so there is obviously a connection. I even tried uninstalling MS Photos and then reinstalling the latest Windows update followed by reinstalling Photos but that still causes the program to fail. I tried Repair via the Apps features but no joy either Reset was greyed out so I couldn't do that. Shame, because MS Photos is such a good little program. Is there any simple way of
