Windows 10: Windows 10 Update KB4541335 for 64bit Home version 1909

Since February through multiple KB versions I have been unable to update my computer.


Once an update has occurred I am locked out of my usual login. The latest version KB4541335 is doing exactly what its predecessors were doing. In each case I remove the offending KB file.


How do I fix the problem. Do I just wait until Microsoft fix it. Do I upgrade to Windows Pro to solve my issue.


I would appreciate some advice.

KB4541335 causes gibberish system output

I'm running Windows 10 Version 1909 (OS build 18363.752)

Installation of KB4541335 causes system output to be gibberish.

For example, "recycle bin" becomes "oonmm0000".

I wanted to remove KB4541335 but the listing of installed updates was unreadable.

In my system it appears that the default language pack (English (US)) was trashed.

I was able to resolve the issue by making English(Canadian) the default language pack.

I am undecided about removing KB4541335 because there are some fixes that are useful to me

Any advice would be appreciated.

When the Cumulative update is updating it keeps looping when it gets to 100% and then does the whole update again and again please help me fix this issue

If the issue is still persisting, you can do a repair install of Windows 10 without affecting your files and apps:

1. Download and create your Windows 10 ISO by following the steps in this link:

2. Locate and right-click the ISO file, then click "Mount".

3. Go to File Explorer and open the virtual drive where the ISO is mounted. It's usually labeled "ESD-ISO".

4. Open setup.exe and follow the on-screen steps.

This repair process might take a while. Once it's completed, try installing the said updates again.
