Windows 10: Windows 10 Update Mishap

• I recently updated Windows 10 and now my PC is stuck on the loading screen with the windows logo. I've tried shutting it off three times for the automatic repair but it does nothing. I have also made a bootable USB stick using the Media Tool both ways with the USB and using Rufus on the ISO download. I have gotten both to load but they both get stuck on the windows 10 load screen or the Motherboard Maximus Ranger VIII load screen. I've tried nearly every combination of settings for my BIOS to get the USB to load. I've let the load screens sit for hours each and nothing has come of it. I have no idea where to go from here as making a bootable USB has been the only option I've seen online. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
