Windows 10: windows 10 update not working right?

As a major PC gamer i rely on windows 10. this last update seems to have broke my computer. windows isn't recognizing my ibuypower keyboard that came with the computer, it's causing my razer headset, keyboard and firefly mouse pad not to communicate properly causing the RGB not to work and also making it so my headset doesn't show up in my razer synapses which is up to date. i just bought this computer last night and now it's now really hard to do anything because im getting into fights with my hardware and software. could it be the new update not communicating with my computer properly? i know you can reinstall windows 10 but i'd rather now will all i did last night downloading my games and steam and minecraft and what not.

Thank you for trying to help , i did tried your suggestion but it did not work :/ , nothing seems to make it work on Windows 10 Fall Creators Update 1709. In the meantime i have bought a new SoundBlasterX AE-5 and it did installed flawlessly , no problems whatsoever. it is up to Creative ( drivers ) and Microsoft ( bug fix ) to fix this huge bugs with Audio.
