Windows 10: Windows 10 - Update not working, Windows security missing

I've bought this HP Pavilion (15-bc503nm) less than a year ago, without OS and put free Windows 10 copy. Few months ago it started acting weird, Kaspersky was missing, Windows update stopped working.

Reinstalled Windows from scratch, didn't bother with free Kaspersky, since wife is using it primarily for work mostly, stuck with Windows security and it happend again. This is 2nd time in 2 months or so.

Can it be dying SSD, or anything hardware related? Didn't open it once, it has factory 128gb SATA SSD and 1tb HDD.

Well just noticed a pretty large one pop up coming in at 914MB, seems it makes some pretty serous updates.

Windows 10 download speed issues

Try this method:

• First of all from Start Menu, open Settings (Type settings in the search bar and it will appear).
• locate and select “Update and Security“.
• in this window, Locate “Advanced Options”. Click on it.
• In Advanced Options; Click on “Choose How Updates are Delivered“.
• Turn off Updates from more than one place.

Your system will not work as a seeder for other Windows 10 users. It will give sudden boast to your Slow internet speed.

 

Windows 7 Ultimate (64) Security updates not installing.

I have been having problems in installing the updates that I have listed below. For each update I attempted to install them individually but they would not install. I also downloaded the SURT 6.1 KB947821 v27. The problem has been going on now for about 2 months. (whenever the issue with the updates comes to mind I am never near my pc). Thank you in advance.
