Windows 10: Windows 10 Update on 09/27/2019 deleted my oudio device on my Omen notebook

Hi,


I have an hp Omen 64 bit notebook with W10 OS. The latest Windows 10 Update deleted my audio device, Bang & Olufsen. Right now, no audio device can be found. What can I do to restore the sound settings?

IntelAudioService.exe + 2019 windows update problem

Thank you but what about the "IntelAudioService.exe & Multimedia Class Scheduler" Issue how am I go about and fix this?

Edited: Video Card Driver for Nvidia you suggest I download is unsuccessful.

Windows 10 27 July 2019 update

Hi,

I was automatically updated to a newer version of WINDOWS 10 dated 27 July 2019.

After many updates and restarting my PC I found my soundcard drivers had been deleted. This is unacceptable.

I phoned MS help and after many attempts the decision was to return to the original version of WINDOWS 10.

This worked and my sound is now back working normally.

Why would you attempt to update my PC with a new version that my soundcard is not included.

How do I update my soundcard software to work with the new version of WINDOWS 10.
