Windows 10: Windows 10 update puzzle

Why does Windows update is 100% UPDATE, and when I asked to update, it brings 2020-10 Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64-based System KB4023057. How many times do I need to update the same KB?

Thank you for your response.

In this case we would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below to clear & reset Windows Store Cache.

1. Type wsreset in the search bar.
   
2. Right click on wsreset Run command and Select
   Run as administrator.
   
3. Now Windows store will open, you can now search for the puzzle app and try installing updates if it has any.

• What all the troubleshooting steps have you tried to resolve the issue?

I suggest you to logout and login into computer and then try to purchase the puzzle collection and check if the issue persists or not.

I suggest you to install all the latest pending Windows updates as below and check if it helps.

• Go to “settings” and click on “update and security”.
• Under tab “Windows update”, click on the icon “check for updates”.
• Then once you find the pending updates install it and check.
