Windows 10: Windows 10 update to version 1909 error 0x80070005

Before the failure I have this in the Windows Update window:


Security Update for Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package KB2538243 -Error 0x80070643

Security Update for Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package KB2565063 -Error 0x80070643


The event logs say that it is a file download problem. I have plenty of disk space and file system is clean as I have run both DISM and SFC plus the Troubleshooter.


I have tried do a manual install but I don't know which KB code to search for in the MS catalogue.
