Windows 10: Windows 10 update to windows 11 crashed

Hi .. While updating my laptop from windows 10 to windows 11 it wasn't plugged so after awhile during the installation it shutdown when I opened it again it gives me undoing changes made to your computer I thought this will delete all the updates and everything so I found shutdown twice when i opened it again it gone into infinite loop of restarting process it always shows the logo of the hp company and then start over I tried through recovery mode to undo updates it gives me that I have to reset windows I tried to make system repair also gives me to reset windows again and I can't get into

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”

Well just noticed a pretty large one pop up coming in at 914MB, seems it makes some pretty serous updates.

Microsoft to make Windows 10 updates mandatory

Well, at the moment at least, you can choose to defer upgrades. Under Settings > Windows Updates > Advanced options you need to check the box labeled "Defer upgrades". What does that do? Good question. The answer I've found might illuminate it to a degree.

I hear this only applies to Pro and Enterprise editions. But I can't verify that.
