Windows 10: Windows 10 Update; Unable to Update from 1809 to 1909 Error Code 0x8007003

Edition: Windows 10 Home

Version: 1809

OS Build: 17763.1282


I've tried updating through the Media Creation Tool, Upgrade Assistant, and built in Windows Update and every one of these methods has failed to update to the newer build. Each one comes back with the same error 0x8007003 and am now that 1809 is coming to the end of service, I more than ever need to have this update. Any help?

And- ah- have you contacted MS support as suggested and what did they say?

And have you researched the error code?
E.g.
error code 0x8007002 and 0x8007003 - Microsoft Community
(May need to adapt slightly for Win 10)

I've tried going through the guide in the support article, but I am still having issues. Firstly, I can't really get past Step 2, because it is the most recent version of Windows 10 that I am unable to install. I've tried running the troubleshooter linked
in Step 3, but I am still unable to download and install Windows 10 due to error 0x8007003.
