    Windows 10 update version 1909 OS Build 18363.535


    After the latest update for version 1909 I can't get the printers to print from the print queue. I have updated the printer firmware and software to the latest version. I have done all the other suggestion's like turn off printers and back on and did the windows troubleshooter too.

    The problem laptop is: HP Envy Dv7-7227cl

    Printer #1: Epson Workforce WF-3460 series

    Printer #2: HP laserjet 200 color series

    Both are setup wirelessly.

    I have other computers my network and they all work with the printers including the wireless direct from my android and IOS phone's.

    Any suggestions would help a lot.

    The Windows 1909 SAC final release #18363 build-418 issue

    Hi ,

    We use latest windows image to perform integrate our code with the OS .

    We have been using Windows 1909 SAC release builds.

    Microsoft released Windows 1909 SAC final release #18363 build 418 , seeing issue in the image.

    The running dism.exe found in sources folder of image, shows windows version as 10.0.18362.1

    The "ver" command in CMD, shows windows version as 10.0.18362.418

    The "msinfo32" command after OS install using ISO file, shows version as 10.0.18363

    Only this particular build is behaving like this.

    is it a bug??
