Windows 10: Windows 10 update

Hi today I did check for windows10 update And I got this update Cumulative update for windows 22h2 kb5043064 He start downloading after it finished start installing .When installing finished reach 100% he start installing again till he finished and ask for restart .But why it doing installing 2 times in windows updtate. After it finshed and doing required restart I went to update history quality update And saw the cumulative is successfully installing just one cumulative installing But why it doing 2 times of installing in windows update is something wrong .My windows is fre
