Windows 10: Windows 10 updates 1809/1903 error 0xc1900101

Hello,

I'm currently running Windows 10 version 1809, and trying to upgrade to version 1903, but no matter how many times I try it, once the update reaches 100%, it says restore to the previous version of Windows or something like that, and in The update, history shows the error "0xc1900101".

Any help would be appreciated.

I've already used that utility, lately with the same version (9252) to try to update to 1809 and it failed with the same error 0xc1900101. I can expect it to work for v 1903?
