Windows 10: windows 10 updates

I am a bit confused,should I stop wondows 10 updates or should keep letting them automatically do so.i am on a laptop which has windows 10,if I should stop them how do I do this?..thank you kindly jed

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
