Windows 10: Windows 10 Upgrade error message 0xc1900101

After a number of tries I was able to finally load Windows 10 Version 1803 (KB4499183) by using the Troubleshoot. However I have not been able to install Version 1809 x 64 - I have used the Troubleshoot without success. The upgrade will download and start to install. I usually get to around 47% installed when an installation error occurs and the program uninstalls the upgrade and reverts back to the last version.


Thoughts on what the issue is and how to fix it?
