  1. Windows 10 Upgrade from Home to Pro Error

    Hi

When I upgrade from Home to Pro, it takes in the key and says when the progress percentage reaches 100 the system will restart. After 100 percent it throws error and with some random error code. Then I manually restarted the PC then it says we're adding some features, when it succefully restared it has upgraded to Pro in the activations settings in Windows 10.

I got the key from Microsoft customer service and given the weird circumstances should I be worried about this. For example the agent who gave me the key, can he remotely access/hack my computer since the key is likely stored in Microsoft servers. Furthermore he also knows the key as well so I'm really paranoid about this weird error that I got and btw in the end PC has upgraded to pro after I manually restarted my computer but why did it throw that error and why didn't it restart automatically like it supposed to?

    :)
