  1. Windows 10: uploading is impossible!

    Hello

For the last months I'm experiensing a huge problem. I literally can't upload even a small file to the web. It started with big files but now it includes all files. To be more specific:

    - I can't attach a file to gmail it timeouts. That includes and the other webmail client I use roundcube webmail.

    - I can't sychronize google drive upload from the specific PC. I can only sychronize towards the specific PC download.

    - I can't attach files to web applications.

I have tried chrome, edge and Firefox.

Since I am in my office environment, I have to say that all network properties are the same with other pcs in the office and we are all connected to the same hub!

I use the antivirus system that comes with windows 10.

It seems that the problem is not in the application but in the presentation layer.

Any ideas. if this keeps going on I think I have to reinstall windows!

    Thank you in advance

    George

    :)

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
