Windows 10: Windows 10 Username last character is not showing

I'm using Windows 10 1803, I installed my windows 1 month ago. I recently noticied my username is tanji, I didnt entered my username at the time of installation of windows, I used Microsoft Account. And also my Username is not tanji, It should be Tanjim. Why and how this setted to tanji? And how to fix it? [**Sorry for bad English**]

The other reason I suggested this is that users can add characters to their username that are not alphanumeric (e.g. user*). This confuses things somewhat when looking at the list.

unicode characters in username in window 10 edu

Currently im using window 10 edu, and it use my information from Azure, which automatically use my real name that contain some unicode characters as username. ("MaiBảoTrung")

This is 2 program i cant install by far:

Cheat Engine (cannot creat directory at username folder)

Java development kit (Wrapper.CreateFile failed with Error 123)

I cant change my username directory or add any users because its window 10 edu, and this username cause lots of problem in installing programs.
