    Hi Everyone,I have a little bit of a situation in our work environment when it comes to Windows 10 laptopsWindows 10 v1803, v1809 and v1909 are all at end of support now and after running a report of around 100 win 10 laptops - More than 80% are the old version!I have a few questions about this:1. Windows updates are always completed as usual - how comes this update was not part of that? Can anything happen so these do update in the future?2. What is the easiest way to upgrade these laptops?Thanks in advance.

    Windows 10 update and my EOS Utility

    Same issue here. Latest Windows 10 update breaks EOS Utility. I have tried the following and none have worked:

    • Rolled back Windows updates
    • Uninstalled then restarted, and reinstalled with fresh download of current version.

    Launching the EOS Utility does not bring up UI. Attaching and powering on camera does not bring up UI. No errors are shown, and as of yesterday, I was not seeing any entries in the Windows Event Viewer. At this time, we are limping along by using tethered
    shooting in Lightroom Classic.
