Windows 10: Windows 10 v1909 or v2004 or v1809 freeze at loading spinning wheel, cant reset or...

I have tried with Win10 v1909, 2004 and 1809LTSC but all have the same issue. While booting Win10 the spinning wheel freezeswith hdd light solid on and there is nothing i can do about it unless i unplug and re plug it back to reset the system. I have tried reinstalling Win10 several times without installing any other app/software/driver except geforce driver. This happens after i install the nvidia graphics drivernot sure if this is causing problems because i've tried 2 gtx1060 gpus. Also after 10 maybe 15 attempts of logging in it magically logs in without any problemsthis is random! And safemode seems to have no issue at all. Another note to add is i am now using the old v1607 LTSB with the same geforce driver and have no problems at all. What could be the issue?

Hi, I'm having a problem. I just updated my windows 10 and my loading wheel keeps spinning and is causing my computer programs to be blink. I've tried trouble shooting and nothing comes up. I've used my avast security suite to check for viruses but nothing
came up. Should I reset my computer to another date before this update or is there something else I can do to fix this problem.

Windows 10 freezes on spinning wheel

Hello, there!!!!

I have a hp pavilion dv6 amd quad core 6gb memory and 500gb hdd.

I boot my laptop and it starts and after a few minutes it freezes on spinning wheel. and tried to repair but it says that windows couldn't repair.

Any ideas??? Thank you!!!!
