    Windows 10 ver 1703 Start Button does not function


    I have Windows 10 ver 1703 installed on my computer. Everything installed correctly and I have applied all updates. When I click the Start Button nothing happens. If I strike the Windows button on the keyboard nothing happens. I cannot type in the Search Bar. If I right click the Start Button it functions normally. I have tried all the fixes that I can find on the internet and still have this issue. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get the Start Button to work without re=installing the software. Thanks
