Windows 10: Windows 10 version 1903 failed to install

I keep getting a failure to install with Windows 10 1903. I the error message appears to be 0x80070005 and 0x80070643. I'm not sure what either of these mean or what the best way to get the installation to work.

Windows Updates failed to instal

I just did step one and they have just all installed.... thank you so much.... it was quite frustrating having that update window pop up every 5 minutes and failing to instal every time

I have spent more than 8 hours trying to update to Window 19 Version 1903, including doing what you suggested, without success.

The error message I got was:

0xc1900101 - 0xc4000D

The installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error during MIGRATE_DATA operation.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
