Windows 10: Windows 10 version 1909 frequent BSOD

I keep getting BSOD once a day and it's usually Driver IRQL not less or equal, it usually happens while I'm playing games, but today it happened while I was watching youtube, I completely removed and reinstalled my graphics card drivers, but it didn't help,

I have 5 minidumps in my C:\Windows\minidump folders


My Specs are following:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600X

RAM:16GB DDR4 3200mhz ripjaws V

Motherboard: ASRock B450M Pro4-F
GPU: Asus Strix GTX 1070

PSU: Corsair CXM 650 80+ bronze

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Windows 10 1909 Causes Secondary Hard Drive to not be Recognized

Installing the Windows 10 1909 Update causes my secondary hard drive to not be recognized.

Steps to confirm issue:

• Secondary drive not visible in Windows Explorer
• Secondary drive not visible in device manager
• Secondary drive not visible in disk manager

Steps to replicate issue:

• Installing 1909 update

Steps to resolve issue:

• Uninstall 1909 update

Since updates can only be delayed for so long, an actual fix would be appreciated.
