Windows 10: Windows 10 Version 1909 OS Build 18363.1016 update done successfully but keybroad & mouse...

I updated to the latest build last week as prompted. After that, my keyboard control key is not working at all Ctrl-C will not do copy, ... and my mouse is not working properly need to left click multiple times before it responds, right click will not show the select menu, cursor disappears and then reappears, .... All these weird things are driving me crazy and making me very unproductive. The worst thing is I selected an item from my outlook to delete and it deleted my whole folder without me realizing it. A day later when I discovered the mistake, it is too long for me to recover because I automatically backup everything at night including my outlook folders.

I tried to do the following in Powershell as suggested by one of the online article.

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$$_.InstallLocation\AppXManifest.xml"}

but nothing changed.

Can someone help? Should I uninstall this stupid update?

Windows 10 Full Update 1909, 18363.657 Build 18363

Received notice, on my computer, that I needed to take the free update to windows 10 before my current version expired.

I updated, the whole OS on 02/23/2020. Specs:= 1909, 18363.657, Build 18363. I now CANNOT change my default browser identification. Microsoft Edge is set as default, surprise, and I can't seem to change it to anything else, e.g. Firefox

Suggestions???
