Windows 10: Windows 10 version 2004 failed to install 0x800707e7

I have tried twice to install the Windows 10 version 2004 update on my older desktop it installed fine on my newer desktop and two laptops. The first time, it failed with error code 0xc1900101. Now, a little over a month later, it failed with error code 0x800707e7. I tried a number of things mentioned in various articles here, including running the DISM and SFC tools, but those did not work. I am wondering if anybody with some expertise is willing to look at myerror logs to see if there are any clues in there.

Three failed attempts to install Feature Update to Windows 10, Version 2004.

Error codes: 0xc1900107 and 0x800707e7

Am using Verizon Ellipses Jetpack (4G mobile hot spot) to access Internet. Maybe device data throughput isn't up to the task.

Any suggestions?

Windows Updates failed to instal

I just did step one and they have just all installed.... thank you so much.... it was quite frustrating having that update window pop up every 5 minutes and failing to instal every time
