Windows 10 Version 2004 Internet Access

Since updating my Dell Iaptop to Windows 10 Version 2004, Network and Internet settings is showing that my home wifi network has "No Internet Access" when in fact it is working fine. I've rebooted my laptop, reset the router and reinstalled the network wireless
adaptor but still same message.

More an annoyance that a major issue, but does anyone know how to fix this mis-information?

Since version 7 of the world`s most popular web browser - Microsoft Internet Explorer was silently renamed to Windows Internet Explorer.Such a step from Microsoft is not a surprise since Internet Explorer is part of the Windows operation system for a long time.Obviously Microsoft corp. wants to state that Internet Explorer is already considered as a part of Windows and not as an external browser (remember the IE and WMP law issues last year!?).

 

Lan connection showing no internet access even though net works

My college lan connection was working good before and it showed internet access available so i could create hotspot in windows 10 easily (we had to input ip manually in ipv4), but my college decided to change something in the connection and now we are
required to also put a proxy to use internet. After this no matter what i try my connection always shows no internet access and i cannot create hotspot even though the net is working. Any solutions for this. I have tried resetting ip, uninstalling drivers,
updating to latest one but the connection still shows no internet
