Windows 10: Windows 10 version 20H2 Update- Search option stopped working

In this update search option stop working and no repair and troubleshoot method works on it. It has to start manually each time because after restart of system suspends.


At a moment I am using "C:\Windows\system32\ctfmon.exe" command to start the search option because when ever I restart my system it removes the input method and then I have to start it manually because no other troubleshooting/ repair method works.

Kindly review this update and solve the issue.

Windows 10 version 20H2

The computer in question had Windows 7 on it and there was not an option to uninstall the 20H2 update. So I have reverted back to Windows 7. Is there a way to download and install Windows 10 version 2004? The games will work on that version but not the
20H2 version.

• First of all from Start Menu, open Settings (Type settings in the search bar and it will appear).
• locate and select “Update and Security“.
• in this window, Locate “Advanced Options”. Click on it.
• In Advanced Options; Click on “Choose How Updates are Delivered“.

Click the start button, in the search box type in 'windows updates', click on 'windows update'
in the search results list, in the left side of the windows update window click 'change settings'
then in the option bar select 'Never check for updates'.
