Windows 10: Windows 10 videogame capture issues

So i was recently deleting a bunch of programs on my predator helios 300 and i believe i may have deleted a videogame captrure program that xbox app used as now if i record the last 3 min of gameplay i only have audio and no actual video the thing is i dont remember the program i may have unistalled and now im stuck i need help thanks (yes i have background capture enabled)

This issue might have occurred due to corrupted system files. Try the below troubleshooting steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to run SFC scan and check if it helps.

System File Checker is a utility in Windows that allows users to scan for corruptions in Windows system files and restore corrupted files. If a
Windows Resource Protection (WRP) file is missing or is corrupted, Windows may not behave as expected.

Follow the below steps:

• Right click on the Start button, click on
  Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type “sfc /scannow” without the quotes and hit
  Enter.
• After the scan, restart the computer and check for the issue.

Step 2: Also, I suggest you to install all the pending updates on Windows 10.

• 
  Connect to the internet.
  
• 
  Press Windows
  key and type updates.
  
• 
  Click on Check for updates.
  
• 
  Under Windows Updates, click on
  Check for updates.
  
• 
  Try to install the updates being shown.

Having issues with the new update and capture card

To understand the issue better, I would like to know do ‘’when you say update’’ do you refer to November update (Windows 10 Version 1511)?

Let’s try simple troubleshooting steps and check if this helps in resolving the issue. I recommend you to uninstall/reinstall the capture card driver and check. Follow the below steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and click on
  Device manager.
  
• 
  Locate for the device (Capture card) and click on it to expand.
  
• 
  Right click on the device and click on
  uninstall.
  

Go to the capture card manufacturer website, download and install the latest capture card driver.
