    Windows 10 videos a-synchronous

Hello, I have had the problem for about 5 months that any videos (and streams) become asynchronous after 2-10 minutes that means Youtube, Amazon Prime, Twitch, Local Videos etc.

Wanted to ask if someone has a solution to the problem here?

I have already tested the following options:

tested browser: Chrome (with and without hardware acceleration)
Windows 10 set up again and tested the following versions: 1703, 1709, 1809 and 1903 Browser reset
    Fast boot disabled
Options that fixed the problem, but I don't want to consider them because I don't like the operating systems:
    Windows 8 installed
    Windows 7 installed

Could there be a driver problem because the drivers are automatically downloaded in Windows 10?
Although, that is also doubtful because I downloaded the graphics card drivers from the manufacturer's website and also downloaded the Realtek drivers from the Realtek website ... very strange

    Specs:
    Processor: I5 4590 Mainboard: Gigabyte Z97-HD3 Graphics card: Msi Gtx 960 4GB
    Hard drives: 122GB SDD / 1TB HDD

Thanks for reading, hope you can help me

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
