Windows 10: windows 10 wakes from hybernation causing overheat & damage

Hi-My Windows 10 latest version for my DEL XPS17 wakes up inadvertantly while hybernating and packed in my backpack. I often find it burning hot and crashed even though I set it to hibernate before packing it.I want to prevent the inadvertent "wake up" of my computer due to updates or scheduled taska. My latest version of windows has no Wakes Times or such. Thank you for any help.

Thank you for posting your reply. Apologize for the delay in response.

I suggest you to check which devices are configured to wake up the computer from sleep by following the steps below:

• Right click on Start icon and select Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type the command line below:

Powercfg /devicequery wake_armed

3. Check if the devices (Keyboard, Mouse, Ethernet cable) are listed.

If the system is not going to sleep and going to Hybernate, the only option to wake up is to press the Power button.

Laptop shuts down upon waking up from hybernation

Hello,

I am using DELL Inspiron 7347 (13 inch) and have recently installed MS Project 2016. Since the installation my laptop does not wake up from hybernation and rather goes to shut-down everytime I wake it up from hybernation.

Hybernation mode

My Dell 23.8 all-in-one pc is in hybernation mode. Black screen only, no key board wakes or mouse.

I changes batteries for both. Still not waking up at a loss?
