Windows 10: Windows 10 Will not go to sleep mode

Hello, I am losing my mind over this. My PC will not go into sleep mode. I have checked the powercfg and noticed it was saying legacy kernal caller problem. I have followed the trouble shooters for this however this will not fix my issue. I have checked the event log and a volmgr error keeps popping up which I am certain is causing the sleep issue. My concern is that my system files are located on an NVME. I must have done something during set-up and it is saying the disk is dynamic and not a MBR. I cannot make any changes to it. I do not know if this device is the problem or if it is any of t

Windows 10 wont stay in sleep mode

yes, it was already off.

its waking up one hour after it sleeps for about 2 minutes, then sleeping again. How the eff can i track what it does in that time if nothing shows in powerCFG or the event log?
