    Windows 10 will not open


    When I start my laptop my windows screen comes up with the date and the picture and verbage "do you like what you see" and then my cursor turns into a hand instead of an arrow and it will not open to where I can enter my pin. If I do a control, alt. delete the screen then opens to the area where I can enter my pin and then everything works fine.


    I want to be able to move my cursor so that it will open my next screen to enter my pin.


    Any suggestions
