Windows 10 Will Not Start "System_License_Violation"

I cannot complete any repair, reset, reinstall operations, I ran dscchk on the C and D drives and they both came back fine, I tried a fresh install by using the physical Windows 10 desk which didn't work, I downloaded the Windows 10 file to a USB and that also did not work. I also can't do a system restore because it says I mus enable system protection on this drive and there is now option to do so for the C disk as it is not listed.

I get through the bios start and then windows crashes before launching any help is welcome.

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
