Windows 10 will not turn on.

My mother's windows 10 pro minisforum mini desktop computer will not turn on. The mouse lights up after the power button is pushed, and some other items light up when attached to any usb port, but no signal comes to the monitor or the keyboard. I've tried using my keyboard and monitor, and power cord but the results are the same. I know my monitor keyboard and power cord all work. Her computer was working fine. She scanned for viruses, and any other problems before she shut it down the last time. It cannot be a lack of memory or lack of storage problem, because she has very little on her computer (mostly documents). She was able to shut the computer down properly. But when she tried to turn the computer back on nothing happened. Can anyone tell me why this could be happening, and how it can be fixed? Thank you in advance to anyone who can help.

    :)

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
