Windows 10: Windows 10 won't activate after a reset

I tried to update my surface pro 6 yester from 1903 to 2004. I was told the update completed but upon checking it still said 1903. After this i could not connect to seemingly random websites on the internet. I did a factory reset that kept files and now my device will not activate. It was bought new from Best Buy 2 years ago, ive never had any issues before now. I no longer have the box and the product key is supposed to be a digital license. The windows activation troubleshooter isnt working, how should i proceed?

Lumia 830 main camera won`t start

After windows 10 update my lumia 830 camera won`t start . It says Camera won`t start . I tried other camera apps but camera still not work . Front camera working plz help me . I did hard reset , soft reset , downgraded to 8.1 but problem still persist

 

Skype won´t wok in 17063

Skype Won´t work... games won´t work...

Making backup and re-format...

Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!

cortana won`t talk to me

I appreciate if you could answer few questions to narrow down the issue and to provide you better assistance.

• Check and verify if Cortana is activated?
• Does Cortana search and gives any output/result on screen?
• Is the Language and region settings set to valid value?
• Check and verify if Cortana available in your region?

Method 1:

I suggest you to try to turn Cortana off and then try turning it on back and check if she talks. Refer to the steps below to turn Off and On Cortana:

• Open Cortana.
• Click the hamburger button in the top left of the window.
• Go to Settings and click on off.
• Follow the same steps to turn it on.
• Check if issue persists.
