    Yes disable fast boot fixed this for me also, although the PC takes no longer to start up. So fast start up seems to be useless anyway.

    You're welcome and I'm glad you fixed the problem but I must apologize I misread your OP . I thought you were having Bios problem and start up issues . ( call it brain dead ) and found that Microsoft thread ...
