Windows 10: Windows 10 won’t boot up, or repair or recover or reset or fix fix errors and won’t do anything

hi my laptop wont boot or up, or repair or recover or reset or fix fix errors and won’t do anything

i tried few things such as

chkdsk e: /r /x ended with failed to transfer logged messages to the event log with status 6


bootrec /fixmbr ended with the system cannot find the file specified


bootrec /fixboot ended with the system cannot find the file specified


bootrec /scanos ended with the operation completed successfully


bootrec /rebuildbcd ended with the system cannot find the file specified


so do i need new window or is there a way to fix this one, and if i need to format my window is there a way to save the window product key or no

Skype won´t wok in 17063

Skype Won´t work... games won´t work...

Making backup and re-format...

Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!

Lumia 830 main camera won`t start

After windows 10 update my lumia 830 camera won`t start . It says Camera won`t start . I tried other camera apps but camera still not work . Front camera working plz help me . I did hard reset , soft reset , downgraded to 8.1 but problem still persist
