Windows 10 won't boot with SSD plugged in.

So a while back I got a new motherboard the MSI A320M PRO VD/S V2. Off course this came along with some new ram and a new CPU. Right now I have 3 storage devices plugged in. My HardDrive, my boot SSD and a second SSD for storage. I have this configured that my boot SSD is in SATA 1 and my HardDrive is in SATA 2. Now my other SSD is plugged in via an USB C to USB 3.1 connector on the back of my computer. Every time I try to boot with that SSD plugged in on the back, windows just won't boot. When I take it out then boot my pc it works.

I turned off legacy mode for USB in my bios. I also turned legacy mode off in the boot manager. I made sure that windows boot manager is selected on the SATA 1 drive. It all detects the drives and everything but it just won't boot. It is so weird, I do not understand.

    :)

Sabertooth 990fx won't boot to windows logo, it shuts down

to boot and enter bios and load windows, any todays PSU (with the correct plugs) will work, AFAIK

to enter BIOS only low wattage is used.
Then, during boot, the HDD and a bit later the videocard card start to demand juice, then the other devices and periphericals... so the total demand during boot up is incrementing step by step, that's why a failure halfway could indicate a PSU problem....

    windows 10 slow boot

I was having a slow boot issue on my Windows 7 install a little while back. It would take about 30 - 40 extra seconds to boot up for whatever reason.

I would try following these steps, while this didn't solve my issue, it did increase Read/Write to where it should be.

In the end, I had to reinstall my Windows 7 entirely to fix the booting issue. It was taking around 35 seconds to boot, and after the fresh install it takes about 7 seconds to boot.
