Windows 10: Windows 10 Wont load

Hello everyone,


The reason i'm postiing this is beacause im really frustrated and i will try to be as explanatory as possible so i can get the best solution.


Yesterday i replaced the Motherboard and CPU from my rig, i got a ryzen 7 and the MOBO is a x570 Gaming x Gigabyte.


i downloaded the Media creation tool and was on my way to set up a clean copy of windows since i did no really care for the files.


At first my pc got stuck while getting the files ready but i tried again and was finally able to install windows, since then it has been nothing but errors. the first one said "The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpeted error, Windows instalation cannot proceed. To install windows, click OK to restart the computer and then restart instalation", to this error i looked for a solution an came up with a few but none of them worked, i even tried going to prompt and chaging that value from 1 to 3.


after a couple of tries of reinstalling windows im not getting that erro anymore but right when my pc shows the "just a moment" screen it freezes for a sec and then restarts by itself, and when it comes up again it shoes this message : "It looks lik windows didn't load correctly"



Im pretty frustrated mainly because i've tried every solution i've seen but nothing fixes the issue.


I already updated the bios

i already tried UEFI and LEGACY modes


another thing is that i cant use any of the tools because they seem to be pw protected. i cant enter safemode, troubleshoot, startup repair, i cant even open the prompt anymore.



Please please help me, i honestly dont know if im missing something maybe hardware related? anyway, thank you in advance for your time and help.

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

photo app in windows 10 wont load

my photo app wont open, and I cant uninstall it for it does not come up in the apps list in the settings. But it is in the all apps list.

When I have tried to reinstall it from playstore it says already installed. But wont open, and the new Twinui default photo view app wont open any jpeg files it say "class not registered".

I have followed other suggestions of troubleshooting, and system scan with no results.

Any suggestions?
