Discus and support Windows 10 won't recognize VGA monitor in Windows 10 Graphic Cards to solve the problem; Does Windows 10 have an inherent problem with VGA monitors? Do I need a different driver?     In this case Windows 10 doesn't know you have a VGA monitor connected. As far as it knows its an HDMI monitor (device) connected to the video card. Did you check to see what resolution is set for that monitor? Settings > System > Display. There shouldn't be any need for a driver, not for the converter. It does everything internally.
