Windows 10: Windows 10 working in background

Hi there,I have hp pavilion ts24 notebook laptop. I added additional 8gb ram and turn on power. The windows started running in backyard with black screens. I have been waiting to see something on display since 24 hours before. Nothing seen so far. I am hearing fan’s sound and all indicator lights ON. That means the windows still running without any solution. Should I do forced turn off and restart?Is there any reason on this strange behaviour of windows after adding ram?

Background for Windows 10

Hi Ronald,

To address this concern, we suggest that you follow these steps on how to change back the background time to 10 seconds:

• Press Windows key+R to open the Run window.
• Type this command: control /name Microsoft.Personalization /page pageWallpaper to open old Control Panel settings, and then click
  OK.
• Select your preferred desktop background and under "Change picture every" option, choose
  10 seconds.
• Click Save changes.
