Windows 10: Windows 10

My windows 10 operating system has become corrupted how do I obtain and reinstall windows 10?I have tried windows repair procedure but not all missing files were replaced. when I try to run a program windows appear telling me a file is missing or corrupt. These were principally .exes and dll files. I originally had Genuine Windows 7 Professional 64 Bit installed but 2 years ago I had a free upgrade to windows 10.

Hope someone can point me in the right direction to remedy the situation.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
