Windows 10: windows 10

Back when we were forced to upgrade to windows 10, i was a bit tardy, but i found i could get a free copy of windows 10 if i was doing something, i forget what it was now, which shouldn't be a problem as it was free any way. now windows says i have no license, so no windows 10. Microsoft want's $200 to give me a lic. to windows 10, just as were going into W11. Didn't know W10 was a free trial. any answers except pay the $200? as that can't happen due to being without funds. When ordering new checks they come with my name, address, and insufficient funds printed on the front. Help and thank you

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
