    For two years this has been very best or need computer I have ever had. Enjoyed useing it. BUT 4-5 weeks ago computer started locking up - be in web browser - lock up - cannot open or close anything.Found I could open task manger crt - alt - delet. Do nothing just turn off task manger and my computer good to use till it happen again.I have tries about everything I can find on line that could possible fix this - useing command promt. Has gotten worse it seems.Alomost like it can't finish or stay up with thing going on. Maybe windows update could be answer BUT here is what get which I have

    windows xp installation and dual core am

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
