Windows 10: Windows 11 23H2 KB5034765 2024-02 Cumulative update removed all printers.

We pushed out last week the latest Windows 11 2024-02 Cumulative update KB5034765 and users are reporting all added printers are gone. We have had to manaully add printers back.

About a week now I have been trying to do the Windows update and keep getting this error "2024-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5034765)" I have tried it 2-3 times per day for a week, I even manually downloaded the update file from microsofts site but didn't work.

I am encountering difficulties installing the Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5034765) dated February 2024. The installation process is failing with the error code: 0x800f0831.
